Deno pure ferromagnetic annealing process: The sample for magnetic inspection should be annealed, and vacuum or inert gas protection should be used for annealing. Decarbonization atmosphere can also be used to prevent quality changes such as oxidation, carbonization, and corrosion that affect the accuracy of the inspection results.
Annealing process: During vacuum or inert gas protection annealing, the furnace is heated to above 900 degrees Celsius and held for 1 hour. After the holding is completed, the furnace is cooled to below 500 degrees Celsius or removed from the furnace at room temperature.
