Usage: All sizes of plastic molds and mold seats for tin, lead, and zinc alloy die-casting
Heat treatment:
Forging: Start satin rolling at 1.050 ℃ and stop at 850 ℃, then return to the furnace and cool slowly with the furnace
Annealing - slow cooling in a protective gas furnace at -750 ℃
Stress relief: Hold at 650 ℃ for 2 hours and then slowly cool with the furnace
Quenching: Quench in oil or nitrate solution at temperatures ranging from 870 ° C to 820 ° C, then cool to 50 ° C to 70 ° C and immediately temper
