Features and uses:
Features: The steel is air quenched die steel, with deep air hardening performance, high wear resistance, micro-deformation, high hardenability, high compressive strength, carbide distribution is more uniform than Cr12 steel.
Usage: Suitable for all kinds of metal cold stamping die, as well as large complex punching die bearing greater impact.
Factory status: spheroidizing annealing HB≤230

Carbon C: 0.95~1.05
Mn: ≤1.00
Silicon Si: ≤0.50
Chromium Cr: 4.75~5.50
P: ≤0.025
Sulfur S: ≤0.020
Molybdenum Mo: 0.90~1.40
Vanadium V: 0.15~0.50
Heat treatment:
Annealing: 

1, 800-850oC slow cooling
2. Spheroidizing annealing process
Quenching: 940-960oC air cooling
Tempering: 180-220oC air-cooled HRC=60-64 510-520℃ air-cooled HRC=57-60
