Characteristics and scope of application: It can withstand repeated heating of anti-oxidation steel below 1035 ℃. Used as furnace components, nozzles, combustion chambers, etc.
Chemical composition: Carbon C: ≤ 0.25 Silicon Si: ≤ 1.50 Manganese Mn: ≤ 2.00 Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030 Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.035 Chromium Cr: 24.00-26.00 Nickel Ni: 19.00-22.00
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength σ b (MPa): ≥ 590 Conditional yield strength σ 0.2 (MPa): ≥ 205 Elongation rate δ 5 (%): ≥ 40 Section shrinkage rate ψ (%): ≥ 50 Hardness: ≤ 201HB
Heat treatment specification and metallographic structure: Heat treatment specification: Solid solution rapid cooling at 1030-1180 ℃. Metallographic structure: The structural characteristics are austenitic.
Delivery status: Generally delivered in a standardized heat treatment state, with the type of heat treatment specified in the contract; Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be made in the non heat treated state.
