Characteristics and Scope of Application:
Tin bronze with added zinc and lead alloy elements has high anti friction and good cutting properties, is easy to weld and fiber bond, and has good corrosion resistance in atmosphere and fresh water. It can only be pressure processed in a cold state, and due to its lead content, it is prone to thermal brittleness during hot processing. It can be used at temperatures below 300 ℃ and is a type of tin bronze with high thermal strength.
