Characteristics and Scope of Application:
ZCuSn10Pb1 cast copper alloy has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and is not prone to biting. It has good casting and cutting performance, and has good corrosion resistance in atmospheric and freshwater environments.
ZCuSn10Pb1 cast copper alloy can be used for wear-resistant parts that work under high loads (below 20MPa) and high sliding speeds (8m/s), such as connecting rods, bushings, bearing shells, gears, worm gears, etc.
