Characteristics and Scope of Application:
Copper nickel alloy for electrical purposes, commonly known as manganese copper, has high electrical resistivity and low temperature coefficient of resistance, high long-term stability of resistance, and low thermal potential for copper.

Nickel cobalt NiCo: 2.0~3.5
Lead Pb: ≤ 0.020
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.005
Aluminum Al: ≤ 0.2
Iron Fe: 0.20-0.50
Manganese Mn: 11.5-13.5
Silicon Si: 0.1~0.3
Beryllium Sb: ≤ 0.002
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.020
Arsenic As: ≤ 0.005
Carbon C: ≤ 0.05
Bismuth Bi: ≤ 0.002
Magnesium Mg: ≤ 0.03

Heat treatment specifications: casting temperature 1160-1175 ℃; Annealing temperature 700-750 ℃; Hot processing temperature is 800-850 ℃; The low-temperature annealing temperature for eliminating internal stress is 250-375 ℃.
