Characteristics and Scope of Application:
C51900 tin phosphorus bronze has high strength, elasticity, wear resistance, and diamagnetism. It has good pressure workability in hot and cold states, high flame resistance to electric discharge, weldability and fiber welding, good machinability, and corrosion resistance in atmosphere and fresh water. C51900 is used to make springs and contact plates with good conductivity, wear-resistant parts and anti magnetic parts in precision instruments, such as gears, brush boxes, vibration plates, contactors, etc.

Lead Pb: ≤ 0.02
Phosphorus P: 0.10~0.25
Aluminum Al: ≤ 0.002
Iron Fe: ≤ 0.05
Silicon Si: ≤ 0.002
Antimony Sb: ≤ 0.002
Bismuth Bi: ≤ 0.002
Note: ≤ 0.1 (impurities)

Tensile strength σ b (MPa): ≥ 470
Elongation rate δ 5 (%): ≥ 13

Heat treatment specifications: heat processing temperature of 750-770 ℃; Annealing temperature is 600-650 ℃.
