Characteristics and Scope of Application:
03 aluminum plate is an Al Mg series rust proof aluminum. Its performance is similar to 02, but due to its slightly higher magnesium content and the addition of a small amount of silicon, its weldability is better than 02. 03 aluminum plate has good welding performance using gas welding, argon arc welding, spot welding, and roll welding, and there is no significant difference in other properties between the two.

● Heat treatment specifications:
1) Homogenization annealing: Heating at 460-475 ℃; Insulate for 12-14 hours; Air cold. 2) Rapid annealing: Heating at 350-410 ℃; The insulation time is 30-120 minutes; Empty or water-cooled. 3) High temperature annealing: heating at 350-420 ℃; When the thickness of the finished product is ≥ 6mm or ＜ 6mm, the insulation time is 10-30 minutes or 2-10 minutes; Air cold. 4) Low temperature annealing: heating at 250-300 ℃; The insulation time is 1-2 hours, and it is air-cooled.
