● Characteristics and scope of application:
SUS403(13CR-Low Si) is an excellent stainless steel and heat-resistant steel for turbine blades and high-stress components. Corresponding to China 12Cr12, Japan SUS403, the United States 403, the United Kingdom S40300, Germany 403S17
● Chemical composition:
C: ≤0.15
Silicon Si: ≤0.50
Mn: ≤1.00
Sulfur S: ≤0.030
P: ≤0.040
Chromium Cr: 11.50~13.00
Nickel Ni: (≤0.60)
● Mechanical properties:
Section shrinkage (%) : ≥50
Hardness: ≤187HB; ≤90HRB; ≤200HV
● Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: 1) solution 920 ~ 1150℃ fast cooling; 2) According to the requirements of the demander, it can be stabilized, and the heat treatment temperature is 850 ~ 930℃, but it must be indicated in the contract.
Metallographic structure: The structure is characterized by Austenitic type.
● Delivery status: generally delivered in heat treatment state, and the type of heat treatment is indicated in the contract; If not indicated, delivery in non-heat treatment condition.
