Characteristics and Scope of Application
Nickel saving steel grade, replacing grade 1Cr17Ni7, has magnetism after cold working. Used for railway vehicles.
Metallographic structure: The structural characteristics are austenitic.

Yield strength σ 0.2 (MPa): ≥ 245
Elongation rate δ 5 (%): ≥ 40
Hardness: ≤ 241HB; ≤ 100HRB;≤ 253HV
Solution treatment: 1010~1120 ℃ rapid cooling, density 7.93g/cm3
