Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: rapid cooling at 1010-1150 ℃ for solid solution.
Metallographic structure: The structural characteristics are austenitic.
● Delivery status:
Generally delivered in a heat-treated state, with the type of heat treatment specified in the contract; Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be made in the non heat treated state.
● Processing technology performance:
The products of 1Cr17Ni7 austenitic stainless steel include steel bars, steel plates, steel pipes, steel wires, steel strips, and forged steel parts. It has excellent hot and cold processing performance. The hot processing temperature is 850~1150 ° C, and the solution treatment temperature and softening annealing temperature during cold processing are 1050~1100 ° C. This steel has good welding performance and can be welded by arc welding, cathodic welding, etc.
