Y1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel improves machinability and burn resistance.
Y1Cr18Ni9 is suitable for automatic lathes, bolts, and nuts.

Silicon Si: ≤ 1.00
Manganese Mn: ≤ 2.00
Sulfur S: ≥ 0.15
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.20
Chromium Cr: 17.00~19.00
Nickel Ni: 8.00-10.00
Molybdenum Mo: can be added ≤ 0.60

Tensile strength σ b (MPa): ≥ 520
Conditional yield strength σ 0.2 (MPa): ≥ 205
Elongation rate δ 5 (%): ≥ 40
Shrinkage rate of cross-section (%): ≥ 50
Hardness: HBW ≤ 187; HRB≤90; HV≤200
Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: rapid cooling at 1010-1150 ℃ for solid solution.
Metallographic structure: The structural characteristics are austenitic.
Delivery status: Generally delivered in a heat-treated state, with the type of heat treatment specified in the contract; Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be made in the non heat treated state.
