High temperature and high-strength alloy 601
Alloy 601 is a nickel chromium iron high-temperature resistant alloy with added aluminum and titanium, which has good stress corrosion cracking resistance and mechanical properties. Has excellent oxidation resistance and resistance to carburization and sulfurization in high temperature environments. Especially in the process of repeated oxidation under strong temperature changes, it has excellent resistance to oxidation skin peeling, and is therefore used for various heat treatment furnace walls and high-temperature equipment.
